Account and Registration

To open an account at 99xx0, you need an active mobile number, an email address, and you must be at least 21 years old. The registration process is fully guided in English and takes just a few minutes. Your information is kept safe and confidential.

No, only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any accumulated balance being forfeited. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure fair play.

On the 99xx0 login page, click the "Forgot Password?" option. A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Use the code to set a new password. The entire process is secure and encrypted.

Identity verification may be required before making a withdrawal. Submitting a photo of your national ID card or passport speeds up the process. This is done to protect your account and prevent fraud. Once verified, the withdrawal process becomes smoother.

Yes, you can deactivate your account temporarily or permanently on your own. This feature is part of our responsible gaming policy. Contact us via live chat or enable self-exclusion from your account settings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits from bKash are usually credited instantly. In most cases, your balance updates within 1 to 3 minutes. If there is an issue, contact live chat with your transaction ID.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 — this applies to all methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These limits are set with Bangladeshi players in mind for smaller-stake betting.

Yes, withdrawals from 99xx0 are available via Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as well. After submitting a withdrawal request, the money generally reaches your mobile banking account within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

99xx0 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges as per their terms. There are no hidden charges on our platform.

If a withdrawal is rejected, first check whether your account verification is complete and whether you have met the wagering requirements on any bonus. If the issue persists, contact live chat with your transaction reference and our team will resolve it promptly.

Games and How to Play

To place bets on BPL matches, you need a balance in your account. Go to the cricket section, choose your preferred match or market (match winner, top batsman, over/under, etc.), enter the bet amount, and confirm. Once the result is announced, winnings are automatically added to your balance.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the mathematical rate at which a slot game returns a percentage of total wagers as winnings over the long term. It is a statistical average, and each spin's outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so every round is independent.

Yes, 99xx0 is fully mobile-friendly. The site runs smoothly on any Android or iOS smartphone browser. You can enjoy all slots, cricket betting, live casino, and fishing games without downloading a separate app.

Aviator (made by Spribe) is a crash-style game. A plane takes off and a multiplier keeps rising. If you cash out before the plane crashes, you win according to the multiplier at that point. Deciding when to cash out is the key strategy — the longer you wait, the higher the risk.

The live section of 99xx0 Casino features live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, live Dragon Tiger, and more from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. You get the experience of playing with a real dealer from the comfort of your home.

Yes, all slot and casino games at 99xx0 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Fair play is ensured through games from internationally recognised providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe.

Bonuses and Promotions

New accounts receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. If a promo code applies, enter it at the time of deposit. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus winnings. Withdrawal is straightforward once the conditions are fulfilled.

A 15x wagering requirement means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you need to place ৳30,000 in bets before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. Wagering is completed by betting on slots and casino games.

The 99xx0 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You are promoted automatically based on regular play and activity. Bronze members can earn up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%.

VIP members receive cashback on their net losses every week. Cashback is credited automatically to your account every Monday. Gold tier members receive the highest benefits. There are no wagering requirements on cashback.
